James Manager is a seasoned Nigerian politician who represented the Delta South Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate for an impressive five terms, from 2003 to 2023, under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
A lawyer by profession, Manager holds an LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University and an LL.M from the University of Lagos.
His political career predates his time in the Senate; he served as the pioneer State Chairman of the PDP in Delta State from 1998 to 1999 and later as a Commissioner in the state.
In the Senate, he chaired significant committees, including Works, Niger Delta, and Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters.
