Isa Pantami expresses confidence in winning APC Gombe governorship primary, citing multiple polls and his performance as minister
Former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, has expressed confidence that he will win the governorship ticket of the All Progressives Congress in Gombe State, citing what he described as strong empirical evidence from multiple opinion polls.

Pantami said his optimism is based on measurable data rather than personal opinion, insisting that he consistently ranked top in several surveys conducted both online and physically.
Isa Pantami APC governorship confidence remarks come as political activities intensify ahead of party primaries across several states.
According to him, he emerged first in all 13 polls he referenced, which he said reinforced his belief in widespread grassroots support.
Pantami also reflected on his political journey within the APC, noting his involvement in the party’s formation through the merger of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) and the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).
He recalled his role in national campaigns, stating that his contributions were recognised at the highest levels of the party during the 2023 elections.
Pantami further pointed to his tenure as Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, saying his performance in office strengthened public confidence in his leadership abilities, particularly in Gombe State.
He maintained that his assessment of the political landscape is grounded in evidence, arguing that statistical results cannot be dismissed by mere opinion.
