ADC has nominated Kingsley Odionyemma as its candidate for Ngor Okpala State Constituency in the 2027 Imo House of Assembly election
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced Kingsley Odionyemma as its candidate for Ngor Okpala State Constituency ahead of the 2027 Imo State House of Assembly election.

The ADC Imo Assembly candidate 2027 emerged following the party’s selection process, positioning Odionyemma as the flagbearer for the Ngor Okpala constituency.
In his acceptance speech, Odionyemma expressed appreciation to party leaders, local government executives, ward officials and members of the ADC for the confidence reposed in him.
He pledged to work diligently to secure victory for the party in the February 2027 general elections, stressing the need for unity among party members.
Odionyemma urged stakeholders and supporters to collaborate closely, noting that collective effort would be essential in achieving electoral success.
He emphasised that his campaign would focus on issue-based representation, promising to prioritise peace, quality leadership and effective service delivery for the people of Ngor Okpala.
According to him, electoral support should be driven by performance and accountability rather than political influence or financial inducement.
“We will show Ngor Okpala people reasons that voting for us is not about party, power, money or leaders who are working with us, but is about quality representation and leadership to bring peace to the people of Ngor Okpala,” he said.
