Dr. Peter Otunuya Odili is a prominent Nigerian medical doctor and veteran politician who served as the Governor of Rivers State from 1999 to 2007.
Prior to his governorship, he was the Deputy Governor of Rivers State in the Third Republic (1992-1993) and held leadership roles in various constitutional conferences.
