Engr. Abdullahi Sule is the current Governor of Nasarawa State, having been elected under the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform in 2019.
Before venturing into politics, Sule had a distinguished career in the private sector, primarily in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries.
He held significant leadership positions in several multinational corporations, including President of African Petroleum (AP) Plc and acting Group Managing Director of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.
His professional background in engineering and management has heavily influenced his approach to governance, with a strong emphasis on industrialization, job creation, and economic diversification in Nasarawa State.
Governor Sule’s administration is focused on attracting investments, developing the state’s solid mineral resources, and improving infrastructure to create a more conducive environment for business and enhance the quality of life for his constituents.
