APC women leaders cars initiative covers Abia, Anambra, Bauchi, Osun and Oyo States, with beneficiaries expected to receive their vehicles before the end of the week.

She made the announcement on Tuesday during the launch of the “Tinubu Torchbearers” support group at the State House banquet hall in Abuja, where she emphasised the importance of empowering women in politics.

According to the First Lady, the vehicles are personal gifts to the women leaders and not party-owned assets, stressing that each beneficiary should register the car in her own name.

She also encouraged APC governors to support women leaders at the state level by providing vehicles and additional resources to enhance their political work and community engagement.

Oluremi Tinubu said women empowerment remains central to the APC’s political objectives, noting that stronger female participation would deepen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections.

She commended the party for what she described as its commitment to internal democracy and peaceful resolution of disputes during recent primaries.

The First Lady also urged members of the Tinubu Torchbearers group to actively promote government policies and support ongoing reforms across the country.
