Lagos APC rejects ADC’s claim that President Tinubu will serve only one term, calling it laughable and political idle talk.
Tinubu one-term presidency claim has been dismissed outright by the Lagos State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), branding the African Democratic Congress (ADC) statement as “idle talk and laughable.”

APC spokesman Seye Oladejo criticised the ADC, describing it as “an association of serial defectors” on political life support destined to fade away.
He said their prediction about President Bola Tinubu was merely a baseless daydream from a party lacking credibility or national election success.
Oladejo emphasised that Tinubu’s administration has begun implementing bold, people-centred policies aimed at sustainable growth and lasting transformation, steps other leaders avoided for decades.
“The APC government under Tinubu is laying solid foundations, step by step, for lasting transformation,” Oladejo said, contrasting this with the ADC’s lack of direction.
He also highlighted the recent by-election victories across Nigeria as a clear vote of confidence in the Tinubu government, dismissing ADC’s claim as wishful thinking from a party whose political relevance is dwindling.
