Senator Adamu Aliero is a veteran Nigerian politician with a rich and extensive career spanning both executive and legislative arms of government.
He served as the Governor of Kebbi State from 1999 to 2007, where he implemented various development programs.
Following his governorship, he was elected to the Senate, representing Kebbi Central Senatorial District, a seat he has held at different times.
