PDP stakeholders in Ningi LGA endorse Senator Abdul Ningi for Bauchi governorship, citing his leadership, experience, and political prowess
Stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ningi Local Government Area, Bauchi State, have officially endorsed Senator Abdul Ahmed Ningi as their preferred candidate for the party’s 2027 gubernatorial ticket.

The endorsement emerged during a consultative meeting convened by the Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Abubakar Y Suleiman, in Dutse, Jigawa State.
Attendees discussed the party’s achievements, challenges, and strategies for a strong showing in the upcoming general elections.
The PDP stakeholders cited Ningi’s leadership qualities, political acumen, and extensive experience as key reasons for backing his candidacy.
Addressing the meeting, Suleiman acknowledged that every political journey faces challenges that can hinder progress.
He urged party leaders and supporters to maintain unity, dialogue, and determination to overcome obstacles and restore the party’s strength across Nigeria.
The event was attended by Senator Abdul Ningi, Bauchi State Speaker Hon. Ibrahim Tanko Burra, Dr Yahuza Adamu, and the Executive Chairperson of Ningi Local Government, Hon. Nasiru Zakarai, among others.

Party officials expressed confidence that the endorsement would solidify support for Ningi and boost the PDP’s prospects in the 2027 gubernatorial race.
