Rivers State House of Assembly inaugurates Napoleon and Henrietta Loolo as lawmakers after winning the February 21 by-elections conducted by INEC
The Rivers State House of Assembly has officially inaugurated two newly elected members following the February 21 by-elections in the state.

The lawmakers, Napoleon Ukalikpe and Henrietta Dinebari Loolo, were sworn in on Thursday during a ceremony held at the Assembly chambers in Port Harcourt.
Ukalikpe represents Ahoada East State Constituency II, while Loolo represents Khana State Constituency II.
The by-elections were conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to fill vacant seats in the state legislature and restore full representation for the affected constituencies.
Both lawmakers secured their victories under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Their inauguration now completes the legislative representation for the constituencies affected by the vacancies in the Rivers State Assembly.
