Nsima Ekere is a prominent Nigerian politician and administrator with a strong background in both public service and the private sector.
Born in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State, he holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabar.
Ekere’s political journey gained significant traction when he was appointed Deputy Governor of Akwa Ibom State in 2011, serving until 2012.
His tenure was marked by a focus on economic development and infrastructure projects. Later, he rose to national prominence as the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) from 2016 to 2019.
