Sharafadeen Alli wins his polling unit for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Saturday’s bye-election in Ibadan North Federal Constituency.

The lawmaker, who represents Oyo South Senatorial District at the National Assembly, voted at unit 022, Ward 3, Oke Aremo area.
The APC scored 49 votes, defeating the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) which secured 31 votes.
Alli, also the Ekaarun Balogun of Ibadanland, praised the peaceful conduct of the election and commended both the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and security agencies for maintaining orderliness during the process.
