The endorsement was announced during a stakeholders’ meeting held in Abuja, where party leaders, grassroots mobilisers and political stakeholders gathered to review the constituency’s political direction and representation needs.

The zonal leaders expressed confidence in Adidi’s leadership qualities, describing her as a credible and accessible politician with a strong commitment to inclusive governance and community engagement.

They noted that her selection reflects a collective decision to support a candidate who understands the diverse composition of the constituency and the need for broader representation.

Speaking on behalf of the group, AMAC Chairman of the APC Forum North Central, Usman Mohamed, said Adidi has consistently demonstrated commitment to non-indigenous residents, who form a significant portion of the constituency’s population.

He said her grassroots approach and community involvement position her as a unifying figure capable of addressing long-standing representation gaps.

The leaders also called on party members and residents to unite behind her candidacy, stressing that internal cohesion would be key to securing victory for the APC in the upcoming elections.

In her response, Adidi expressed appreciation for the endorsement, describing it as a strong vote of confidence in her vision and political commitment.
