PDP Board of Trustees Chairman Adolphus Wabara assures party members that PDP remains strong and will continue despite leadership challenges
Adolphus Wabara, former senator and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has assured party members and Nigerians that the party remains strong and resilient despite current challenges.

Speaking at the launch of the PDP’s online membership registration in Umuahia, Wabara addressed concerns about lingering internal leadership disputes and emphasized that efforts are underway to reposition the party for future electoral success.
“The PDP can never die,” Wabara stated, encouraging active participation in the new membership registration programme and praising the leadership of Ikpegbu Emeka-Yellow for effective administration of the Local Government Caretaker Committee under the National Working Committee led by Kabiru Tanimu Turaki.
He further advised party members to avoid past mistakes, particularly godfatherism, and create equal opportunities for all members as part of efforts to rebuild and strengthen the PDP.

Wabara expressed confidence that committed leadership and active involvement from party faithful would ensure the party’s renewed growth and strong performance in future elections.
