PDP Board of Trustees to hold emergency meeting on March 11 after Court of Appeal nullifies 2025 Ibadan convention
The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Board of Trustees (BoT) is set to hold an emergency meeting in Abuja on March 11, 2026, after the Court of Appeal upheld the nullification of the party’s Ibadan national convention.

The notice, issued by BoT Chairman Mao Ohuabunwa, formally invited all recognized board members to the 2 p.m. meeting at 1 Sabo Ago Street, LifeCamp, Abuja.
He stressed that only members duly notified by the Abdulrahman/Anyanwu-led National Caretaker Working Committee would be accredited, urging non-members to stay away.

The meeting aims to deliberate on the implications of the appellate court’s decision, which invalidated the November 2025 convention that produced Tanimu Turaki as national chairman of the PDP.
