The APC insisted that Governor Otti should openly declare his political position rather than relying on intermediaries to communicate his alleged support for the President.

The Otti re-election chances Abia APC statement further alleged that the governor’s political influence is weakening, claiming that his prospects for another term are significantly limited despite what it described as social media propaganda.

The party maintained that it remains the dominant political force in Abia State and expressed confidence in delivering a large percentage of votes for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 elections.

It further urged the President to disregard what it described as misleading political overtures from the governor’s camp and instead rely on the APC’s grassroots structure in the state.
