Masha dismissed claims that the party is weakening or on the verge of collapse.
“The most formidable, well-structured, and people-driven political party in Nigeria — attempts by detractors to cripple the party have failed,” he said.
“All efforts to destroy the PDP have woefully failed. Instead of weakening us, they have only made the party stronger, more united, and more influential across the country.”
Masha attributed the party’s resilience to its grassroots presence, experienced leadership, and commitment to democratic principles.
“The PDP is too deeply rooted in the Nigerian polity to be erased. Our structures at the grassroots, combined with our experience in governance, make the party impossible to wish away,” he added.
He also reaffirmed his commitment, alongside other party leaders, to internal unity and consolidation of the party’s gains ahead of upcoming elections.
“We are focused on unity, reconciliation, and repositioning the PDP for greater electoral success. The party is fully prepared to reclaim its rightful place through the democratic will of the people,” Masha said.
