Wike Says Tinubu Cannot Attend to Everyone, insisting that it is unrealistic for President Bola Tinubu to personally attend to every demand or grievance.

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, made the remark during an interview on Politics Today, a Channels Television programme, on Tuesday.
He was responding to a comment by former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal, who recently said he would not have coped as part of Tinubu’s administration.
Reacting, Wike accused Lawal of harbouring resentment because he was overlooked for the vice-presidential ticket.
“His anger is that President Tinubu did not choose him as running mate. It is very clear. We are not kids,” Wike said.
The FCT minister stressed that not everyone can have direct access to the president, urging citizens to channel their concerns through ministers and advisers.
“Everyone cannot reach out to Tinubu, he can’t attend to everyone. People should meet with ministers and advisers,” he added.

Wike’s remarks add to the ongoing debate surrounding the president’s accessibility and the expectations placed on his cabinet.
