Kingsley Moghalu is a distinguished Nigerian political economist, author, and former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Before his impactful tenure at the CBN from 2009 to 2014, Moghalu had an extensive and illustrious career at the United Nations, spanning 17 years across various departments, including the UN Secretariat, the UN Development Programme (UNDP), and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
