The Secretary of the Recruitment Committee, Gandi Muhammad, confirmed the timeline while outlining the process, which is open to qualified indigenes of Sokoto State.
He emphasised that the application is entirely free of charge.
Interested applicants are advised to collect registration forms from their respective local governments of origin and complete the application online via the official portal: [https://employment.sokotostate.gov.ng](https://employment.sokotostate.gov.ng).
As part of the Sokoto State graduate recruitment procedure, candidates are required to register with a valid email address and phone number, fill out their biodata accurately, and upload necessary documents including educational certificates, proof of indigene status, birth certificate, and National Identification Number (NIN).
Applicants must also upload a recent passport photograph taken during the application process.
Muhammad warned applicants against multiple submissions, noting that doing so could lead to disqualification.
He also advised candidates to ensure they have a stable internet connection throughout the registration period.
“All shortlisted applicants will be contacted via their registered email addresses or through the official portal.
Any further tests or screening will be communicated formally,” the statement read.
The exercise follows the recent approval by Governor Ahmed Aliyu for the recruitment of 3,000 graduates into the state civil service.
The initiative aims to reduce unemployment and support critical sectors across the state’s 23 local government areas.
Aliyu noted that the focus is on qualified young people holding NCE, HND, or university degrees, giving them a chance to contribute meaningfully to state development.
