Chief John Enyogasi congratulates Chioma Ohakim on her ambassadorial nomination, praising Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma for the recommendation
Elder statesman Chief John Enyogasi has extended his congratulations to former Imo State Governor Ikedi Ohakim following the nomination of his wife, Chioma Ohakim, for a federal ambassadorial appointment by President Bola Tinubu.

In a press release, Enyogasi commended Imo State Governor Senator Hope Uzodimma for recommending the former first lady for the ambassadorial position allocated to the state.
“This marks the first occasion where a former first lady of the state is granted a significant federal appointment.
I commend Governor Hope Uzodimma for such a recommendation. It reflects the governor’s benevolent nature and generosity,” Enyogasi said.
He noted that the recommendation also underscores the governor’s commitment to inclusivity in both state and federal appointments.
Enyogasi expressed confidence that Chioma Ohakim would fulfil expectations in any foreign country where she is posted, highlighting her meticulous approach to every task.
He added that his familiarity with the Ohakim family reinforced his belief in their capability and dedication to public service.
