Dagogo Fubara APC Nomination Forms controversy as APC forum DG alleges aspirants were denied forms despite payment and clearance
The Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) States Assembly Forum, Dagogo Fubara, has accused the ruling party of denying aspirants nomination forms despite alleged full payment and compliance with required procedures.

Dagogo Fubara described the situation as a breach of internal party guidelines.
He stated that he was not new to the party’s convention process, insisting that he and other aspirants had followed all stipulated rules but were still denied access to nomination forms.
According to him, funds were paid and clearance processes were duly completed, yet the final stage of collecting aspirant forms was allegedly blocked due to claims that the documents had been exhausted.
“After paying for the forms and fulfilling all the necessary requirements, we were denied the opportunity to get the aspirant nomination forms,” Dagogo Fubara said.
“We were cleared in accordance with the rules and regulations of the convention. We were asked to go to the organising department for the forms, and when we got there, they told us they had exhausted the forms.”
Dagogo Fubara APC Nomination Forms controversy has sparked fresh questions about internal processes within the party, particularly regarding transparency and access for aspirants seeking elective positions.
He further expressed disappointment, noting that the process was expected to encourage wider participation, especially among younger party members seeking to contribute to governance.
Dagogo Fubara also referenced the party’s historical evolution, stating that members from the ACN background had hoped for greater inclusion under the current political structure.
“So we were surprised when some microscopic few in the system said the forms have been exhausted,” he added.
