Jibrin Predicts Tinubu Landslide Victory in 2027

Jibrin Tinubu 2027 victory prediction sparks debate as lawmaker insists opposition cannot unseat President Tinubu in upcoming election

A four-time member of the House of Representatives, Abdulmumin Jibrin, has predicted a decisive victory for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election, insisting that the opposition has already lost the battle to unseat the ruling party.

Jibrin made the statement during an appearance on Arise Television’s Prime Time on Wednesday, where he analysed the evolving political landscape ahead of the next general election.

He argued that prevailing political realities and dynamics strongly favour President Tinubu, regardless of the opposition’s strategy or candidate selection.

The Jibrin Tinubu 2027 victory prediction comes amid increasing discussions about potential coalitions among opposition figures ahead of the polls.

The lawmaker stated that even a united front involving former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi, and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde would still fall short of defeating the President.

“I will say on a general note, on a general scale, and with the reality on ground and all of the political dynamics that we can see, no matter how you analyse it… the opposition lost it already,” he said.

Jibrin further maintained that internal divisions within opposition ranks have strengthened the President’s position ahead of the election.

He insisted that even a unified opposition platform would not alter the outcome of the 2027 contest, expressing confidence in Tinubu’s chances.

“I used to say something, even if they come together, the President will defeat them,” he added.
