The Turaki-led National Working Committee, which claims leadership of the opposition party following the Ibadan convention in November 2022, was ordered to pay N2 million in court costs.

The Abuja division of the Court of Appeal had fixed Monday for judgment on the consolidated appeals arising from the Ibadan National Convention, held on November 15 and 16, 2022.

The ruling confirms the Federal High Court’s earlier position, reinforcing the ongoing judicial resolution of leadership disputes within the PDP.
