Joe Igbokwe says Lagos APC Igbos are working tirelessly to secure President Tinubu’s resounding victory in the 2027 election
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe, has disclosed that Igbos in Lagos State’s arm of the party are working round the clock to ensure President Bola Tinubu achieves a decisive victory in the 2027 general elections.

Igbokwe highlighted a new understanding between Southern and Northern Nigeria as a key factor that will ease Tinubu’s path to victory.
Posting on Facebook, he said: “As the face of Ndigbo in APC Lagos, we are working round the clock to deliver PBAT in 2027 with resounding victory. The votes will speak for themselves.”
He added that the South-East is aligning with the “new thinking and destination,” building bridges intended to endure and foster national unity.
“We are leaving no stone unturned in doing the needful to achieve our target. The new understanding we are seeing in the Southern and Northern parts of Nigeria will make things easy for PBAT,” Igbokwe wrote.
The APC chieftain also praised Tinubu’s vision for “a new Nigeria that will become a destination,” urging all party members to contribute to repositioning the country for growth and opportunity.

Political observers note that Igbokwe’s remarks underscore ongoing efforts within APC to consolidate regional support and strengthen party unity ahead of the 2027 elections.
