Ondo APC e-registration urged by Chairman Ade Adetimehin to strengthen membership database, internal democracy, and grassroots participation
The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Ade Adetimehin, has called on party members across the state’s 18 local government areas to actively participate in the ongoing nationwide electronic registration (e-registration) and revalidation exercise.

Adetimehin made the call on the weekend in his hometown of Idanre Local Government Area shortly after revalidating his membership.
He described the exercise as crucial to the party’s preparedness for future general elections and for enhancing inclusiveness, cohesion, and internal democracy.
“The success of this process will determine how well we organise, plan and mobilise as a party,” Adetimehin said.
“I urge all members to come out en masse and register. As the leading party in Ondo State and Nigeria, we should justify our numerical strength through proper documentation of our membership.”
He emphasised that the exercise is designed to capture new members and update records of existing ones, ensuring proper representation and participation in party activities.
Adetimehin assured that the process is simple, transparent, and accessible, and that technical challenges will be addressed to prevent any willing member from being excluded.
Adetimehin also urged ward, local government, and state executives to mobilise members and encouraged party stalwarts to conduct themselves peacefully throughout the exercise.
“The e-registration aligns with our commitment to reforms and the use of technology to deepen participation and accountability,” he said.
“Unity and discipline remain critical to the party’s progress in the state.”

The exercise is expected to run across all wards in Ondo State, with designated centres and officials assigned to guide members through registration and revalidation.
