The suspension stems from allegations that Soluade led armed men to disrupt the Jimi Lawal governorship declaration event held on February 14, 2026, at the Intercontinental Hotel, Ibara, Abeokuta.
The ADC Publicity Secretary, Olumide Onabajo, stated that the conduct, if confirmed, would breach party discipline and threaten public peace.
In the meantime, the party appointed the deputy chairman, Prince Adedeji Abiodun, as acting state chairman to lead the party pending the outcome of investigations.
A disciplinary panel has been tasked with investigating the allegations and submitting a report within 14 days.
